π About The Course
Coding is very popular worldwide, and itβs a creative way to improve computational thinking and 21st century literacy skills. Scratch uses a block-based coding language that allows users to create a wide variety of projects such as games, music, animations, art, and more.
Students gain a sense of pride and ownership by creating engaging projects and sharing them with peers and the Scratch community.
This nano will not only guide you to learn about creating loops, debugging, adding conditionals, using variables, and including events in your programs, but you will also learn coding vocabulary, and discover how to be persistent and have patience while working on a project.
Each video will share how to use specific blocks that will build your foundation of coding in Scratch. Once you complete the course, your coding confidence will improve and get you ready to make creative projects on your own, or in the Creativity with Coding Club.
