One swirly shell, one soft body, and two eyes on stalks. Watch the video, follow along on paper, then bring your snail to life.
Watch it first
Draw it step by step
New lines are purple. Lines you already drew turn light.
Draw one big swirl that curls around and around into the middle.
A long body under the shell, with a round head up at the front and a pointy tail at the back.
Two long stalks growing up from the head, with a dot eye on the top of each.
A big curvy smile low on the front of the head. Snails are happy slow-pokes.
Five little dots on the body, so it looks soft and bumpy. Keep them away from the lines.
A shiny trail and a sparkle behind the tail. Now this snail is yours.
Now draw a snail whose shell is a tiny house.
Practice on paper
Faint lines to trace, all six mini steps, and an empty box to draw your own. One page, works in black and white.
The magic part
Finished drawing? In a Kubrio project, your kid turns this paper snail into a real animated film — with Kubrio's AI thinking partners at their side. The little stalk wiggle below is a wink; the real clips go much further.
The Animation Studio
Your kid draws a character on paper, tells the story, and watches it star in a real animated film.
