You tell Claire what matters in your family: what you want your kid to hear when something is hard, and what counts as a good week. It shapes what she encourages and how she says it.
Claire passes the same values to Krea, Tek, and Brio, the thinking partners inside the studios, so the whole crew shows up the way your family would want.

How the weekly check-in works

You pick the day and time.
That's the only time Claire and your kid talk. Kids can ask for a check-in, but only you schedule it.

Claire has a short live voice conversation with your kid.
It's spoken, not a chat window. You can stay nearby, but you don't have to. It runs in a same-day window, and a missed week doesn't roll over.
Claire isn't always on. There's no open chat between your kid and Claire outside the check-in you scheduled.
What Claire knows when she calls
Claire comes to the check-in knowing your kid's week: the projects they worked on across the studios, what landed in their portfolio, and the goal they set last time. She also knows what you've told her about your family. That's the context she starts from, so the conversation is about your kid's film or game, not a generic prompt.
How your kid picks what's next
At the end of each check-in, your kid picks one goal for the week ahead. Claire suggests. Your kid decides.
“You made two films with strong characters. This week, want to try an ending nobody sees coming?”
“You shot three scenes this week and kept every take. Next time, want to shoot one again and pick the better one?”
What you get as a parent
- A summary of each check-in in your parent dashboard: what your kid made, what went well, and the goal they set.
- Claire's weekly note, which pulls the week together. You can reply, and what you tell her shapes next week's coaching.
- An alert when something needs you sooner.
What Claire doesn't do, and where to find help
- She talks with your kid only at the time you scheduled.
- She isn't the help your kid uses while making. That's the thinking partners inside the studios. Meet the thinking partners
- She never pretends to be a person. If your kid asks whether she's real, she tells the truth.
- She works in a kid-only, ad-free, and COPPA-compliant space, and a second AI checks every message between your kid and her.
