Six steps to a unicorn

New lines are purple. Lines you already drew turn light.

1

Start with the head

Draw one big egg shape, tipped down to the left. The narrow end becomes the snout.

2

Add the horn

A tall pointy horn on top, with two stripes across it. Then one leaf-shaped ear behind.

3

Give it a face

One dot for the eye, a tiny nostril near the snout, and a small smile under it.

4

Neck and body

Two curvy lines down from the head for the neck, then one big oval for the body.

5

Legs and a tail

Four legs to stand on, and a long swishy tail off the back.

6

Mane and sparkle

A wavy mane down the neck, and two little sparkles. Now this unicorn is yours.

The magic part

Animate your drawing with AI

Finished drawing? In the Sketchling project, your kid turns this paper unicorn into a real animated film — with Kubrio's AI thinking partners at their side. The little tail swish below is a wink; the real clips go much further.

Ingenious projects that inspire kids to make things — until they find the thing only they could make.
