Draw it step by step

Six steps to a rocket

New lines are purple. Lines you already drew turn light.

1

Start with the body

Draw a tall shape with a pointy top and a flat bottom. Make both sides match.

2

Add three fins

One fin on each side, sloping down past the bottom. Then a thin fin up the middle.

3

A window and a nose

A big round window near the top. One straight line across marks where the nose begins.

4

Light the flame

A little cup under the rocket, then a big flame dripping out of it. Pointy at the bottom.

5

A porthole and a hot middle

A small window under the big one. Then a little flame inside the big flame.

6

Finishing touches

A shiny ring inside the window, two puffs of smoke, and stars all around. Now this rocket is yours.

Animate your drawing with AI

Finished drawing? In a Kubrio project, your kid turns this paper rocket into a real animated film — with Kubrio's AI thinking partners at their side. The flickering flame below is a wink; the real clips go much further.

Ingenious projects that inspire kids to make things — until they find the thing only they could make.
Ages 6–13.
