Wire a Haunted House Control Board for Halloween Night
Coming this season

Wire a Haunted House Control Board for Halloween Night

This one is coming soon. Your kid will wire a haunted house on screen — a battery, switches, bulbs behind the windows, a buzzer, a mat by the door that sets the ghost off — and decide what every switch does; the AI runs the current and never draws the wiring for them. Other kids flip the switches from a link.

What your kid actually makes

A haunted-house control board they wire themselves. Switches, a battery, bulbs behind the windows, a buzzer, a pressure mat. They decide what each switch does. Others flip the switches from a link.

How a sitting goes

Pick what the house does, place the wires, flip, find the gap, move one wire, publish. One sitting. One window that lights is a finished board.

What AI does — and what your kid does

Your kid wires it and names every switch. The AI runs the current and draws the house. It does not design the circuit and it does not auto-solve a dead one.

What they're really learning

That a loop has to close for anything to run, by making one run — then what changes when two things share a loop instead of getting their own. A guided simulator, not a lecture.

Good to know

  • On screen. Not household mains, and no kit to buy.
  • For 7 and 8-year-olds, one switch and one window light is a finished board.
  • Set it up by the front door on the night and let them run the house.

There are two kinds of projects for kids. The first kind ends on the fridge door. The second kind ends as a real thing other kids can read, watch, or play: a magazine, a game, a film, an episode. Kubrio makes the second kind. Kids make them by directing the same AI the pros use.

Coming to the studio

This project isn’t open yet — it’s in the build queue. New projects land on the studio shelf regularly, and member families see them the day they open.
