Make your own comic: three drawings, eight pages, one message
In Comic Studio, your kid picks a message and draws three pictures on paper, and AI builds an eight-page comic around them that your kid reads, fixes, and publishes. Comic Studio is open now.
What your kid makes
Four skills go into a comic
Your kid uses them from the first drawing to the published comic.
01
Storytelling
One message, and a story with an opening, a middle, and an ending. Your kid decides what the comic says before drawing anything.
02
Drawing
Three pictures on paper, one for each part of the story. Stick figures work: each drawing shows who is there and what is happening.
03
Characters
A hero, plus a sidekick or a rival if your kid wants one. Each one is drawn on paper or brought back from My characters.
04
Editing
Your kid reads every page, rewrites any speech bubble, redraws what doesn't fit, and picks the title before publishing.
How it works
Pick it, make it, share it
- 1
Pick a project
Choose a comic from the projects on this page, or start from your kid's own idea. Each project comes with a message and an example drawing for every step.
- 2
Make it with the AI crew
Your kid draws three pictures on paper and snaps them. Tek, the studio's AI helper, restyles them and builds the eight pages around them.
- 3
Share it
Your kid reads the finished comic, then publishes it. It gets a page your kid can send to anyone they want to show, and it goes in their portfolio.
Who does what
Your kid draws the story. AI helps build the pages.
Your kid
- Picks the message the comic says
- Picks the style and the cast: a hero, plus a sidekick or a rival
- Draws the opening, the middle, and the ending on paper, with one line each
- Reads every page, rewrites any bubble, picks the title, and publishes
AI
- Restyles your kid's three drawings in the chosen look
- Builds the other five pages, the cover included, and marks each inside page it made so you can see what the AI added
- Suggests three titles, which your kid picks from or replaces
Inside Comic Studio
From one message to a finished comic
- 1
Message
Your kid picks what the comic says: Be brave, Be kind, Never give up, Friends help, or Make them laugh.
- 2
Style
Your kid picks the look: Manga, Comic book, or 3D.
- 3
Characters
A hero, plus a sidekick or a rival if your kid wants. Each one is drawn on paper or picked from My characters.
- 4
Draw your story
Three drawings on paper: the opening, the middle, and the ending, each with one line your kid types or says.
- 5
Your pages
Tek builds eight pages. Your kid's drawings are pages 2, 4, and 7. Every inside page Tek made carries a small mark, so you can see who made what. Your kid can rewrite any bubble or redraw any panel.
- 6
Publish
Tek suggests three titles. Your kid picks one or writes their own, reads the whole comic, and publishes it.

For parents
What you need to know
- Gear. Paper, something to draw with, and a device with a camera. The studio runs in the browser.
- Writing. Your kid writes one line under each drawing and can rewrite every speech bubble. Tek writes the words on the pages it adds, and your kid keeps or changes them.
- Comic book. Your kid makes an eight-page comic book from three drawings. Each comic stands alone, with its own title.
Safety: your kid's own drawings, in a friendly comic
- The pictures start from your kid's own drawings. Tek's pages use your kid's characters in friendly, kid-safe scenes.
- A published comic shows your kid's first name and age, never a last name or a photo.

Questions parents ask
How does my kid make a comic?
Your kid picks a message, a style, and a cast, then draws three pictures on paper: the opening, the middle, and the ending. Tek builds eight pages around those drawings. Your kid reads every page, changes what doesn't fit, and publishes.
Does the AI make the comic for my kid?
No. Your kid picks the message, draws the three key pages, and writes a line for each. Tek restyles the drawings, builds the other five pages, the cover included, and suggests three titles. Every inside page Tek made carries a small mark, and your kid can rewrite or redraw any of it.
My kid says, "I can't draw." Can my kid still make a comic?
Yes. Stick figures and simple shapes work. Each drawing needs to show who is there and what is happening, and every project has an example drawing to start from.
Who is it for, and what do we need?
Kids 6 to 13. You need paper, something to draw with, and a device with a camera. The studio runs in the browser.
Can my kid make more than one comic?
Yes. Each comic stands alone with its own title. After publishing, your kid starts a new comic and can bring the same characters back from My characters.
Who can read it?
Every finished comic is public: at publish it gets a page your kid can send to anyone they want to show, and it goes in their portfolio. You and your kid can make it private anytime.
Your kid's own comic, with their name on the cover
Comic Studio comes with the family membership: $99 a month. It covers every kid in your family.
