Six steps, one pencil, about ten minutes. Watch the video, follow along on paper, then bring your bat to life.
Watch it first
Draw it step by step
New lines are purple. Lines you already drew turn light.
Draw one big circle in the middle of your paper. It is the head and the body in one, so leave room on both sides for wings.
Two tall ears on top, leaning out a little. Curve the outside edge so they look soft, not sharp.
One wing out each side. Sweep the top edge up to a point, then wobble back to the body in two scoops.
Two big dot eyes above the middle, and a wide smile underneath.
Two tiny fangs hanging off the smile, and two little legs dangling below. Keep the fangs small — this bat is friendly.
A crescent moon above one wing, and two tiny stars. Now this bat is yours.
Now draw a bat hanging upside down from a branch.
Practice on paper
Faint lines to trace, all six mini steps, and an empty box to draw your own. One page, works in black and white.
The magic part
Finished drawing? In a Kubrio project, your kid turns this paper bat into a real animated film — with Kubrio's AI thinking partners at their side. The little wing flap below is a wink; the real clips go much further.
Make an Animated Movie from Your Drawings
Draw your pumpkin, ghost, or bat on paper, then turn it into a short animated film with Kubrio's AI thinking partners at your side.
