Six steps, one pencil, about twelve minutes. Watch the video, follow along on paper, then bring your haunted house to life.
Watch it first
Draw it step by step
New lines are purple. Lines you already drew turn light.
Draw a tall box with straight sides, a little wider at the bottom. Let it lean — old houses always do.
Two long lines from the top corners up to a sharp point. The steeper the roof, the spookier the house.
A narrow box on the right, taller than the wall beside it. Give it a pointed cap of its own.
One big window on the left, a smaller one on the right, and a skinny one in the tower. Then a wide door at the bottom.
A round moon over the tower. Then a bare tree beside the house, all branches and no leaves at all.
A round window high in the roof with the light on, a knob on the door, and one small ghost at the big window. Now this house is yours.
Now draw the friendly family who lives inside.
Practice on paper
Faint lines to trace, all six mini steps, and an empty box to draw your own. One page, works in black and white.
The magic part
Finished drawing? In a Kubrio project, your kid turns this paper haunted house into a real animated film — with Kubrio's AI thinking partners at their side. The little ghost sway below is a wink; the real clips go much further.
Make an Animated Movie from Your Drawings
Draw your pumpkin, ghost, or bat on paper, then turn it into a short animated film with Kubrio's AI thinking partners at your side.
