What new apps are coming?
Kubrio ships new studio apps all the time — the studio you join is not the studio you'll have in six months. New apps appear in your kid's studio automatically, at no extra cost: one membership, one price, and everything we ever add is included.
The studio is a living thing. The nine apps documented here are what's fully live today — animation in Sketchling (the Animator week), comics in Origin Stories (the Publisher week), investing in Stocks (the Investor week), skill quests in Discovery, reading in Book Club (the Podcast Guest week), wildlife in Wild World (the Naturalist week), documentaries in Director (the Film Director week), game design in Game Dev (the Game Dev week), and history podcasts in Biographer (the Biographer week) — and the roster grows continuously, because the whole point of Kubrio is to introduce kids to as many kinds of making as possible.
How new apps arrive
When a new app ships, it simply appears in your kid's studio. There is nothing to buy, nothing to upgrade, and nothing to install. Kids can see what's coming next right inside the studio — upcoming apps show as coming-soon tiles, which does exactly what you'd expect to a curious kid.
Several are in the works right now, across languages, history, engineering, entrepreneurship, and art. We don't document apps here until they're real — every page in this section describes something your kid can open today. The moment a new app is live, its doc appears here too.
Your subscription stays the same
This is the part worth saying plainly: the price does not change as apps are added. One membership covers the whole family and everything in the studio — every app that exists now and every app we ever add. Founding families lock that in permanently; see how the membership works.
We build it this way because of how kids actually explore. A kid drifts from animation one month to investing the next, and Claire and the AI Crew follow them across all of it. Charging per app would punish exactly the curiosity we're trying to grow.

Will I pay more as new apps are added?
No. New apps are included in the membership, always. The subscription price stays the same no matter how many apps we ship.
How will we know when a new app launches?
It appears in your kid's studio, coming-soon tiles flip live, and Claire mentions it when it's relevant to your kid. This docs section gets a page for every new app the day it's real.
Can my kid try apps that are marked coming soon?
Not yet — coming-soon tiles are previews of what's next. Everything else in the studio is open to them today.
