Free course: Make a monster movie
Six steps, one pencil, about twelve minutes. Watch the video, follow along on paper, then print the practice sheet and draw it again.

Draw it step by step
New lines are purple. Lines you already drew turn light.
Draw one big circle near the top of your paper. Wobbly is fine — a wobbly skull looks friendlier.
Hang a wide jaw under the circle like a soup bowl. Run one line down the middle for the backbone, then end it in a second bowl for the hips.
Two big round eye sockets sit high on the skull, with a small triangle nose under them. Colour all three in dark so they show up from across the room.
Draw a shoulder line across the backbone, then hang two arms and two legs off the frame like bendy sticks. Send one arm up — this skeleton is dancing.
Three pairs of curved lines off the backbone make the rib cage, widest in the middle. Then one smile across the jaw with three short lines crossing it for teeth.
Round hands, two little feet, and a bow tie at the neck. Now this skeleton is yours.
Now draw a skeleton doing your favourite dance move.
Practice on paper
Faint lines to trace, all six mini steps, and an empty box to draw your own. One page, works in black and white.
