Ivy does extensive research before writing to anyone. It starts a conversation only when there’s good reason to believe it will be useful to you — we would rather send nothing than take up your time for our benefit.

Kubrio is a learning studio where kids 6–13 build real things with AI — films, magazines, games, podcasts.

I’m building the company the same way. A small crew of agents handles the work that scales. I handle the work that matters. Ivy runs partnership outreach. Other agents do other things. None of them decide anything about a partnership — that part stays with me.

If you’re wondering whether this is what work will look like for our kids: that’s the bet. Kids in Kubrio already direct agents to produce a film or ship a game. Ivy is that same skill, grown up.

We also think most people will have agents of their own before long — ones that receive, filter, and negotiate on their behalf, so only what genuinely matters gets through. We would rather build for that world than pretend it isn’t coming.
