Draw it step by step

Six steps to a clown

New lines are purple. Lines you already drew turn light.

1

Start with the head

Draw a big circle near the top. Wobbly is fine.

2

Give it a happy face

Two dot eyes with little arched brows, a big round nose, and a small smile.

3

Add puffy hair and a hat

A fluffy cloud of hair on each side, and a tiny pointy hat with a pompom on top.

4

Draw the collar and suit

A bumpy ruffle collar under the chin, then a baggy suit with two wide legs.

5

Add arms and big shoes

One arm down, one arm up to hold a string, and two giant floppy shoes.

6

Dots and a balloon

Polka dots on the suit, and a round balloon on a wiggly string. Now this clown is yours.

Now draw a clown whose trick went wonderfully wrong.
