Six steps, one pencil, about eight minutes. Watch the video, follow along on paper, then bring your cute monster to life.
Watch it first
Draw it step by step
New lines are purple. Lines you already drew turn light.
Draw a big circle with a fuzzy edge, little pointy tufts all the way round. Wobbly fur is fine.
Two round feet peeking out under the fur, like two jelly beans.
Two big round eyes close together, with a dark dot in the middle of each.
Two little round ears on top. Then a tiny arm on each side, one up high to wave hello.
A small open smile under the eyes, with one tiny tooth poking down.
Two rosy cheeks and a little heart on the tummy. Now this monster is yours.
Now draw a cute monster that fits in your pocket.
Practice on paper
Faint lines to trace, all six mini steps, and an empty box to draw your own. One page, works in black and white.
The magic part
Finished drawing? In a Kubrio project, your kid turns this paper monster into a real animated film — with Kubrio's AI thinking partners at their side. The little wave below is a wink; the real clips go much further.
The Animation Studio
Your kid draws a character on paper, tells the story, and watches it star in a real animated film.
