Draw it step by step

Six steps to a T-rex

New lines are purple. Lines you already drew turn light.

1

Start with the body

Draw a long curve for the chest, belly, and tail, then come back along the top. Leave a gap at the top for the head.

2

Add a big head

Draw a big box with round corners on top. Make it huge — T-rex heads are enormous.

3

Two thick legs

Two strong legs under the belly, with feet pointing forward. One leg peeks out behind the other.

4

Give it a face

One dot eye, a little nostril, and a wide grinning mouth.

5

Tiny arms and teeth

Two tiny arms on the chest, one waving hello. Add three round teeth under the top lip.

6

Finishing touches

A curve on the belly and a little flower by its foot. Now this T-rex is yours.

Go further

Now draw a T-rex trying to do something that needs long arms.
