Invent a monster nobody has seen
Dream up a Halloween creature from your own head: a name, a wish, and one thing it's scared of.
4 short films with Krea, each about a minute long. After each one, your kid does a step on paper or at home. Every lesson plays free on this page, with no account.
Free here until October 31. After that, this course is in Kubrio's kid app with the rest.
Your turn!
Give your character a name, a wish, and one fear.
What the film says (Lesson 1 of 4)
Today you invent someone nobody has ever seen!
Not a cat. Not a dragon from a book. Someone brand new, from your own head.
Every great character starts with a wish. What do they want more than anything?
Meet Pom. First, give your character a name. Short names are easy to remember.
Now the wish. Pom wants to touch the moon!
Then one thing they're scared of. Pom is scared of being up high. Uh-oh!
A name, a wish, and a fear. Now your character feels alive!
Your turn. Give your character a name. Write what they want most. Write one thing they're scared of. Then press Next.

Here's a trick artists use. Give your character one thing nobody forgets.
- 0:06
A hat. A tail. Socks that never match. Something people see first, and never forget.
- 0:14
Pom gets a red hat with a fluffy pom-pom. Now you know where the name comes from!
- 0:20
Make it big! A tiny hat is easy to miss. A big hat, everyone sees.
- 0:27
And use the same color every time. Pom's hat is always red. That's how you know it's Pom.

- 0:06
At the top, write the name and the wish. Pom wants to touch the moon.
- 0:12
Draw the front, like Pom is looking at you. Then the side, like Pom is walking past.
- 0:19
Now three faces. Happy. Scared. Mad!
- 0:25
Put the big detail on every drawing. Same hat, same red.
- 0:31
Now your character can star in a movie, a game, or a comic.
- 0:36
