Here's Gub. A monster is more fun when it wants something.

    2. 0:05

Keep it small and clear. A snack. A friend. A nap in the sun.

    3. 0:11

Gub wants a cookie. A warm one, right off the plate!

Beat three. Your monster finds a fix. Make it funny, or surprising.

Gub sneezes on purpose. The cookie flips up, and lands right in its mouth!

    6. 0:31

Want. Problem. Fix. That's a whole movie!

One box for each beat. Box one, the want. Box two, the problem. Box three, the fix.

    3. 0:15

Draw your monster big in every box. Same shape. Same big thing. So everyone knows it's Gub!

    4. 0:23

Under each box, write one short line. Gub smells a cookie. Achoo! Got it!

    5. 0:31

That's a storyboard. It's the plan for your movie.

    6. 0:35
