Bigger Than the Moon
The sun goes down and you wish for the biggest Halloween ever. 2:18
Lyrics: Bigger Than the Moon
The sun went down, the sky got dark,
The streetlights blinked on in the park.
I made a wish on the very first star:
“Tonight I want to go far, far, FAR!”
Bigger than the moon! (How big?)
Bigger than the moon! (How big?)
A dream so big it can’t fit in my room!
Bigger, bigger, BIGGER than the moon!
Bigger than the… bigger than the…
Bigger, bigger, BIGGER than the moon!
A candy bag as big as a bus,
A cape so long it trails behind us,
A pumpkin so huge, so round and so tall,
My cat moved in and won’t come out at all!
Bigger than the moon! (How big?)
Bigger than the moon! (How big?)
A dream so big it can’t fit in my room!
Bigger, bigger, BIGGER than the moon!
Dad laughed, “Big dreams start small.
So where will you start?”
I said, “Right here, right now,
With all of my heart!”
And under my bed, just out of sight,
Something glowed purple…
then switched off its light.
Bigger than the moon! (How big?)
Bigger than the moon! (How big?)
A dream so big it can’t fit in my room!
Bigger, bigger, BIGGER than the moon!
So I grabbed my boots and I opened the door,
So I grabbed my boots and I opened the door,
Ready for a night like never before!
