Draw it step by step

Six steps to an ornament

New lines are purple. Lines you already drew turn light.

1

Start with the ball

Draw a big circle in the middle of the page. Leave room above it for the branch.

2

Add the cap

A small square on top of the ball. Its two sides stop where they touch the circle.

3

Hang it on a branch

A long curved branch across the top, with little needles poking out. Then a line from the cap up to the branch, curling over the top.

4

Two wavy bands

One wavy line across the top of the ball and one across the bottom. Start and finish each one on the edge.

5

A row of dots

Four round dots in a line between the bands. Leave a space in the middle.

6

Finishing touches

A little star in the middle space, and a curved shine near the top. Now this ornament is yours.
